Company Garden, also known as Municipal Garden, is located 1 km east of Mall Road and is the most popular family destination in Mussoorie. Spread over several acres, it features manicured flower beds bursting with dahlias, marigolds, asters and roses. The garden offers panoramic views of the Doon Valley and the distant Himalayan ranges. Originally developed by the East India Company in the colonial era — hence the name — it was later handed over to the Mussoorie Municipal Board.
The garden has a small artificial lake with boating, a toy train, children's rides, swings, a mini skating rink, and water fountains. A cafeteria serves snacks and refreshments. The garden is particularly beautiful in spring (March–April) when tulips, daffodils and other flowers are in full bloom, and in summer (May–June) when it is packed with families on Mussoorie holidays.
