These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tour Venture India website and services. By using our website or booking a tour with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment and send you a written confirmation.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at our discretion.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- The tour itinerary shared at the time of booking is subject to minor changes due to weather, road conditions, or government regulations.
2. Payment Terms
- An advance payment (typically 25–50% of the total package cost) is required to confirm the booking.
- The balance amount must be paid before the tour starts or as agreed at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods.
- GST (5%) is applicable on all tour packages.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

| Less than 7 days / No show | 100% of total package cost |
All cancellations must be notified in writing via email to tourventureindia@gmail.com. The date of written notice determines the applicable charge.
4. Changes & Amendments
- Any changes to the confirmed itinerary requested by you may incur additional charges.
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road closures, government orders) without prior notice. No refund will be provided for such changes.
5. Inclusions & Exclusions
- What is included in your package will be clearly stated in the booking confirmation.
- Items not mentioned in the inclusions (entry fees, pony/palanquin charges, helicopter, personal expenses, tips) are the traveler's responsibility.
- Airfare and train tickets to/from the tour base are excluded unless specifically mentioned.
6. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers must carry valid government-issued photo ID at all times during the trip.
- Char Dham Yatra registration is mandatory — we assist with this but it is the traveler's responsibility to comply.
- Travelers must follow all government and local authority guidelines at pilgrimage and tourist sites.
- Tour Venture India is not responsible for losses or delays caused by traveler's failure to carry required documents.
7. Health & Safety
- Travelers with serious health conditions (heart disease, respiratory problems, high blood pressure) must consult their doctor before booking high-altitude tours.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance for all our tours.
- In case of a medical emergency, we will assist in arranging emergency services, but costs are the traveler's responsibility.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Tour Venture India acts as an organizer and is not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages during the tour caused by natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not liable for delays caused by road conditions, weather, vehicle breakdowns, or any force majeure events.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour package paid by you.
9. Force Majeure
Tour Venture India is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, floods, landslides, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will make best efforts to provide alternatives or partial refunds as applicable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
