By booking a package with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

Prices, Surcharges, and Taxes

Fuel costs affect the price of taxis, trains, and flights.

From time to time, the tour operator may offer reduced pricing on various products or services. The reduced price only applies to new bookings. Prior bookings are not eligible for the reduced pricing.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that tour or travel services are terminated for any reason, avoidable or unavoidable, we must be notified in writing.

The cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive written advice, and they are as follows:

45 days before arrival: 75% refund.
30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
No refund if you cancel 15 days before your arrival date or do not show up.

The refund for any train or flight tickets will be in accordance with the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. Special train journeys and high peak season bookings have a separate cancellation policy.
