At Tour Venture India, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience for all our guests. Please read our payment policy carefully before confirming your tour.
1. Booking Amount
To confirm any tour package, a minimum 30%–40% advance payment of the total tour cost is required.
Bookings will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance amount must be paid:
7–15 days before tour departure, OR
On arrival (before starting the tour), as mutually agreed.
For last-minute bookings, 100% payment may be required at the time of booking.
3. Payment Modes
We accept payments through:
Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
UPI Payment
Online Payment Gateway
Cash (as per government rules)
All transaction charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
4. Hotel & Transport Confirmation
Hotels and transport services will be booked only after receiving the advance payment.
During peak season (Char Dham Yatra / Hemkund Sahib / Valley of Flowers), full payment may be required in advance to secure bookings.
5. Government Taxes
All applicable government taxes (GST, toll tax, parking, etc.) will be charged as per current regulations.
6. Cancellation & Refund
30 days before travel – 10% cancellation charges
15–30 days before travel – 25% cancellation charges
7–15 days before travel – 50% cancellation charges
0–7 days before travel – 100% cancellation charges
7. Helicopter Cancellation Policy
Only the printed fare mentioned on the helicopter ticket will be refunded.
Service charges, convenience fees, portal charges, or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refund will be processed strictly as per helicopter operator rules & timeline.
8. Hotel Cancellation
Hotel cancellation charges will be applicable as per the respective hotel’s policy.
9. Important Note
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fuel price increase, hotel tariff changes, government policies, or natural calamities.
In case of weather issues or road blockage (especially in Uttarakhand hill areas), extra expenses will be borne by the guest.
